Basic EMT
|
The
Basic EMT course educates the student in basic life support
management. The curriculum includes 162 hours of training
(196 classroom, 56 clinical) in basic airway support, dual-lumen
airways, oxygen therapy, CPR, AED, splinting, treatment of shock,
spinal immobilization, patient handling, bleeding and soft-tissue
injury management. The cost of the course is $1,200
including all required textbooks and workbook. A monthly payment plan is available. |

EMT-B Fall 2010
The Fall 2010 Basic EMT course
is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 13, 2010 ending on December 16, 2010. The deadline to register is June 18, 2010.
