Basic EMT
|
The
Basic EMT course educates the student in basic life support
management. The curriculum includes 162 hours of training
(196 classroom, 56 clinical) in basic airway support, dual-lumen
airways, oxygen therapy, CPR, AED, splinting, treatment of shock,
spinal immobilization, patient handling, bleeding and soft-tissue
injury management. The cost of the course is $1,200
including all required textbooks and workbook. A monthly payment plan is available. |

The Winter 2012 Basic EMT course
is scheduled from January 5 - April 5, 2012.
EMT-B Fall 2012
The Fall 2012 Basic EMT course is scheduled from September 6 - December 12, 2012.
